The 26th SPT 2021 is a half-day webinar jointly organised by the Pavement Engineering Society, Singapore (PES), Asian Pavement Engineering Society (APES) and the Center for Transportation Research (CTR), National University of Singapore. PES, APES and CTR are non-profit organisations that have been actively promoting the advancement of pavement technology in road, airfield and other industrial applications.
